USB 2.0 - Installation of Computer Drive USB Version 2.0?

In my computer I have USB Version 1.1 already installed.





Now I have purchased a Video Camera which is of USB 2.0 and I have the CD with USB 2.0 packed in side the Video Camera's Carton/Paking.





I have tried to load Video Camera's softwares but when it come USB a dialog box says that "You have standard version available in your computer and intrupted"





So how to update from USB 1.1 to USB 2.0 loading.


Note: I have even tried to delete version 1.1 but that also not possible.





tried to download from web also.





Now, please tell me some suggestions ?

Buy an pci usb card and install in the pci slot which is of 2.0 version

Reply:USB 2.0 is a hardware standard NOT a software standard.


Ask your Computer administrator to suggest a suitable converter or adapter to help you out.


Also try and contact the developers if there is a 1.1 version out for you or if they have any extra patches to make it so.
Reply:Try to uninstall the version 2 software and plug the camera

Try to use another computer similar to yours it might be the camera...
