after the download, It tried to install but just keep running and running etc. So I used the windows remove on the control panel thinking I would just re-install my original copy of Norton 360. That process goes thru somthing called "Norton Web Prot" then freezes. Any advise?

Download and run Norton Removal tool to uninstall presently installed copy of Norton 360.

After running the tool restart your computer and then try to install Norton 360 version 2.0
