Mozilla Firefox 2.0 meets Windows Vista -- Compatible Yet or Random User Experience Problems?

I updated to Vista today (don't ask why) and naturally downloaded the Firefox 2.0 browser to use, but for some reason when I access certain functions or go to certain pages the web page displayed will begin shaking up and down while the browser itself stays in place. Is this a programming problem, a compatability issue, or just a one-off random error?

i don't know why everone is in such a hurry to get the vista OS. from what i seen with the way the windows and such open, i don't need it. lots really don't know too much about vista programming yet, but seems to me it should be the same platform as XP. your problem almost sounds like a 64bit problem..
Reply:I'm running Firefox 2.0 on Vista and haven't had this particular problem. You might try a reinstall, or maybe check your video card drivers. If that doesn't help, try the Firefox forums.
Reply:It is windows thats what it is!! You are already using firefox. make the full change and use Linux.
